so I was trying to add an aftermarket stereo and when I was putting together the wiring harness, it bumped a piece of the same wire that was cut and there was a spark. Is the fuse blown or could it be worse?

My crystal ball is broken right now. Can you check?

Check the fuse box and go from there.
