[Solved] 2006 Honda Accord - Replace the starter?

I have a 2006 Honda Accord that I had not been driving too much lately.  Has a one year old battery.  One month ago, I wasn't having trouble starting it but would take two or three turns of the key with an accompanying clicking noise so I thought it was the starter that may need replacing.  Since then as I have been driving it more, I haven't experienced that at all and has been starting right up.  Does the more frequent driving help with this issue or do you think something still needs to be checked on or replaced?

Thanks for the help guys.  Went to parts store and got a battery test.  Turns out it had low amps and got a replacement battery via warranty.

Great! Thanks for posting back with the fix.

You can experiment and wait until it will reliably do the click and no start, then have someone smack the starter with a hammer or piece of wood when you're cranking it. If it starts when you hit it, it's the starter.

Load test your battery and alternator at any auto parts store.  Then, check for a parasitic draw (Scotty's video).

Also check your cables and battery clamps for corrosion.
