2006 honda pilot with 188000 miles throwing codes po300 through codes po307.
About a month ago my check engine light kicked on and through all 7 of these codes indicating a random misfire and all 6 cylinder misfire, I replaced the spark plugs and coil on plug insulators and springs. The light went away for about 2 and half weeks the clicked back on. Engine sounds great and has been serviced regularly and maintained since 06. What is next to check or replace? Trying to avoid taking it in to be fixed.

There are many things other than spark plugs and coils that can cause misfires. You might want to use your scan tool to analyze freeze frame and live data for clues. Also see the troubleshooting section of the site FAQ.
