Idk? Has it been checked out by a mechanic for the timing chain and ecu issues these cars tend to have?

Yes, if a mechanic okays it & you plan to use it as a weekend toy.
No, if you plan to use it as your daily driver since they are costly to fix as they age.

140k miles is generally when those things start having problems
Now to be more precise, those are nice cars to drive (basically mini rockets) and if a mechanic says its not all ragged out it could be a nice weekend toy for 2500 bucks and you wouldn't put much money or miles on it. If you want to buy it as a daily driver and put 250k miles on it, sorry, no.
