On my wife’s 2006 Lexus every time she locks her doors with the key fob all the windows roll down just by hitting the bottom once and with different known working key fobs as well

Well, that generally means the receiving unit inside the vehicle that accepts the message from the key is going bad. It gets a signal but then it does the wrong thing and that could be a very expensive repair
