Hi Scotty (or anyone that wants to help out), I'm looking to buy a 2006 Mazda6 sedan with the v6 engine with about 150,000 miles on it for $5,000. There is no obvious rust in the pictures and CarFax claims that it has a clean title. Do you think this is a good deal? Will the Mazda6 last a long time with minimal problems?

$5000 is too much

Nope pass.
Unless you get it for <$2000 and the automatic transmission is thoroughly checked out by a transmission specialist.
For $5000, you should be able to find much better Camry/Corolla or Civic/Accord vehicles.

You'd be overpaying, as InTrustWeTrust points out. You can do better.
