Hi Scotty - my husband and I are big fans here in Northern California! We have a 2006 Mercedes ML350 that decided to die on us just before Christmas! We had just pulled out onto the road, not going anymore than 30 MPH, a cat darted in front of us, my husband removed his foot from the accelerated and the car died. Just like that! The LIM light came on, he tried engaging the engine again but no luck. We ended up towing it home (short jaunt across the road). Now, he has chased the codes, thought initially it might be the Brake light switch, but it’s not. Cleaned most of the sensors, etc. but still it will not engage. He is stumped! We live at least 100 miles from the nearest Mercedes mechanic! Please help! Or come visit us in sunny California!
What do you suggest? We really love this car. We have a Chevy Silverado (2005 1500) with other issues….but the Benz is our first priority! Thank you!

Clarification: What is the mileage, which engine?
Well to begin with do not fall in love with an endless money pit Mercedes. The old ones from the '60s and '70s could last forever but they've gone a long way since then backwards with technology plastic computers. No I assume it cranks but doesn't start so first try my video fixing the car that cranks but does not start up Scotty. Good luck praying something relatively simple like a bad fuel pump
