I have a 2006 Pontiac Vibe with 189,000 miles. I'd like to change the transmission fluid and filter before taking it to Utah from Oklahoma. I'm not sure if it's ever been changed, the fluid is a light brownish color, so it needs it. Should I be worried about changing it?

They're Aisin transmissions which should be pretty robust.
Automatic Transmission
