A family members' 2006 Saturn Ion ( don't know if its a 2.2L or 2.4L ) has a code  P0326 Knock censor.  What could be the cause for this & what are any fixes for it.  I saw on Youtude that changing the Censor ( $ 17.00 to $21.00) could fix this or the Coil-On-Plug module & assemble ( About $150.00) might be needed ( Also seen on Youtube).  I plan on going to her house and use my Ancel AD410 scanner.  Should I look for any MISFIRES' or are there any other TEST to try to locate the issue.  Any advise would be appreciated since I'am a Newb  using this scanner to its full potential.

Well I would just change the knock sensor and spray. It's just that. Because if it isn't, it could be internal engine damage which causes the knocking sound at the sensor picks up and you don't have to rebuild the engine which is more than the car's worth
