Hi Scotty,
I got a 2006 suzuki swift and it developed a rattle sound only climbing
hills, does not happen on a flat or on highway at high speeds, does not
seem to cause any performance issues that I can notice, there is no engine
light indicating that there may be an engine issue but it's annoying and
concerning at the same time I have no clue what's going on.
Any ideas?

You may have deficiencies in fuel system. Change the fuel filter and then pressure test the fuel pump.
