I have a 2006 Toyota Avalon and my OBD2 Has no power going through can anyone help out with that or have any ideas what I can do check fuses change your battery did all that and still not read

Grab a test light and check for power on both test tabs of the 7.5A OBD fuse in the instrument panel fuse box.
If there's power on both tabs, remove the fuse and inspect its legs and the sockets it plugs into for corrosion or heat damage.

Check wiring to the connector for grounds and power.
