I got a DTS with 150000 miles. Power steering return hose is leaking. Should I replace it or put in stop leak? Also if I replaced it, should I replace the high pressure line also?

I would just replace it myself. I never like doing patchwork unless it is absolutely necessary.

Hoses are cheap. I'd swap them out.

Try this first, make sure to put in the right amount.

If it doesn’t help just replace it, the lines are relatively inexpensive.

I don't think stop leak will help with a hose leak. It can help rejuvenate seals that are not physically damaged and just need to be made pliable, but won't repair a hole or split in a hose. Given the age of the car and the mileage I'd replace both hoses.
