Hi everyone, I have a 2007 toyota camry with 310 k miles with only the p0420 code. Spark plugs and head gasket replaced very recently, apparently no leaks on the exhaust system. Replacing the Cat converter will fix the code or should I look for something else?, I live in NY, so I need a California compliant one.
Thanks

There are quite a few things that can cause the P0420 code:

Have you checked operation of the O2 sensors?

Both O2 sensors replaced too, thanks
