Im 62, drive rationally, im not aggressive, its a FIESTA after all. I have really bad 'pulsing' when i brake. Even with light touch on brake pedal the JUDDER is crazy. I have replaced rotors, guide rods, and pads (i installed Akebono's ceramic). I cleaned thoroughly, greased with silicone on guide rods, I did a thorough job. Pretty soon, a couple of weeks, pulsing is really bad again. Ive gone through the process twice, all new parts again and here i am again with really bad pulsing AGAIN!  Whats going on? What am i not doing? Im happy to spend what it takes on good quality parts, just need a cure.
