Hey Scotty, I’ve been lookin at a 2007 dodge charger with a V6 engine and it has 90,000 miles on it. It’s owned by a private individual and he says it’s a southern car and the engine was rebuilt at 60k. It’s also an automatic and it’s used. He’s selling it for $5,000, would you buy it?

The fact that the engine had to be rebuilt at 60K miles is telling you something about this car.

If the engine wasn't rebuilt then maybe (as a weekend toy). But the fact that it is, absolutely not!
