2007 FJ Cruiser - whirring sound when cold

Hey Scotty! I have a 2007 FJ Cruiser, 4WD, 6SPD manual 3.7L V6 with 107,000 miles, when it’s cold outside (below 40) I hear a “whirring” noise upon start-up, that rises and falls with the engine RMPs regardless if I’m moving or standing still. Once the engine gets to operating temp, it seems to disappear. Don’t hear it if it’s warm outside, only when it’s cold and upon a cold start. Can’t seem to track this down (I can hear it inside the passenger compartment, with the windows up also). Not particularly loud, but can hear it.

Worrying like that are generally bearings on one of the pulleys that the fan belts drive. Remove the belt the noise goes away then you can figure out which one of the pulleys is making the noise
