Hey Scotty. I'm a long time fan since I saw on you on the Houston TV station in the early 9o's.
2007 HD2500 power windows work intermittently, especially when hot outside.
How can I repair this?

Have you tried to lube up the tracks to see if it helps?

Check the wiring where it passes from the jamb into the door for cracked, frayed and disconnected wiring.
