Hi Scotty,
I recently bought a 2007 lexus is250 with 122,000 miles. The car runs fine, but I heard you should replace the spark plugs around 120K miles. Is it worth replacing the ignition coils too? Dealer wants $570 for 6 OEM ignition coils.

Never heard and done that. You usually replace coils when they go bad.
