Hi there Scotty and friends,
I have a 2007 Lexus LS460 with 137K miles and the drivers side headlight turns off most times after a little driving. If i turn off headlights and turn back on then light comes back for a bit. Headlight always turns on when i first start car.
this has been a on going issue for a few years now and i have also change the bulb with a oem bulb.
could it be a faulty ballest?

Does it do the same if you use the DRL?

If you have HIDs, then yes, that is a classic sign of a bad ballast. Does that ballast get hotter than the other side? Check with a temperature gun.
Also, check all the wiring.
