2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid - replace battery or sell

My 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid is telling me my main battery pack has bad cells. The dealers wants over $6000 to replace it. Ebay says some people will put a rebuilt unit in for $2400 with a two year guarantee. As it has 210,000 miles on it. What should I do? Sell it as is (what would it be worth), get a rebuilt unit (what could it be sold for)? Or, leave my car keys in it with the fob well charged??

If you want to keep it, replace the battery. Otherwise get rid of it.

If you rebuild the battery, you replace bad cells with new ones. And there remain many old cells that will go bad too. And there we go again with rebuilding...
