What are your thoughts on a 2010 Ford Escape with 140K miles for $4k?
The suv is the 4WD version with the 4 cylinder engine and has not been in any accidents. I’m up in the north east where snow is heavy so there is light rust on the wheel wells. Other than that the car looks great inside and out. Thoughts?

They can be decent cars but with that mileage have a mechanic check the automatic transmission closely to see if it's still in good shape because repairing them will cost about what you're paying for the vehicle
