I recently bought a used automatic 2007 Toyota Corolla with 80k miles for $3,800 from a private seller and they told me the only problem it has is that when you go to fill up the gas tank if you fill it up to fast it will overflow and cause gas to spill out so they told me to just put in gas slowly they said they tried fixing it but they couldn’t, what could be causing this problem?

You probably have a problem with your evap system. Scotty has done videos on this, even shown that there are spiders that are attracted to gasoline and will build nests that clog it up!
