How do you add transmission fluid without a dipstick?

There is a fill hole; however, there's a procedure to follow so you don't over fill them, and the procedure is different for the different mfg's.

"Sealed" transmissions with no dipstick are one of the stupidest ideas to come from the auto manufacturers. They save a few pennies per vehicle and turn checking or adding fluid from quick and easy into a project (having to lift the vehicle and get underneath with tools). On an older vehicle made like this you may not know you have a slow fluid leak until the transmission craters. Real nice "feature".

Anyhow, as USAFdozerpilot says, there will be a fill hole somewhere on the transmission. Usually they are filled to the lower lip of the hole, but you need to check what the manufacturer specifies. Also, depending on the manufacturer the fluid may have to be at a specific temperature to attain the proper level. Depending on the position of the fill hole you may need to use a pump.

There’s usually a fill hole somewhere. Depends on your model. I know my wife’s car the fill hole is on top of the transmission.
