I have a timing belt but the vehicle only has 85,000 miles. At what point to you go by years instead of miles?

Considering the age and mileage, I would replace it soon.
Thanks!!

I would say when your car is about 15 years old. Your car is 14 years old. Have you thought about replacing the timing belt?

If I were going on any long trips, I would definitely change it soon, even if you are not, it is about time. The good thing is, if it breaks it normally won't damage that 3.3 V6. With that age, you do also risk the water pump going, and overheating the engine as well.
