Hello Scotty. I bought this Yaris brand new in 5/2007, and other than replacing sets of tires (4 sets so far), brake components, and wiper blades, it has never needed much. It now has about 140,000 year-round Pennsylvania miles on it. A few months ago I had the spark plugs, the engine coolant and thermostat, the brake fluid, and the engine air filter all replaced. This car has always had routine oil and filter changes. Did I miss any thing? Or are there any simple DIY things I can or should do to the car, as I would not be upset if it lasted me another 15 years.
Follow your owner’s manual guidance for maintenance items.
If not already done, you’re due for ATF replacement. But check here first -

Did I miss any thing?
Transmission fluid.
If it's a manual - it's best to replace it the fluid anyway with OEM spec fluid.
If Automatic - read this first: https://carkiller.com/scottykilmer/qa/atf/
Maybe the fuel filter, but it appears to be in the gas tank on that car.
Did I miss any thing?
just maintain a good inspection regimen.
You may also want a competent mechanic to look it over once in a while for all the things you might miss.
