replaced throttle body, had all computers reset. replaced pedal, replaced battery, replaced car terminal ends, check wires for breaks in engine bay, cant figure it out.

have you run a diagnostic scan?
yes
also had someone with a 13k plus dollar scan reset everything, lasted 30 minutes and engine reduced power came back on.
and ... what did the scan say?
i dont currently have my scanner, but p0128 and po127 i believe, low voltage and pps
low voltage ok .. try having your battery + alternator tested.
I don't know what pps means.
