Reduced power and white smoke after sensor replacement

2008 cadillac cts 3.6l Auto I changed MAF sensor and my accelerator pedal position sensor i had a code p2188 now my car is in engine reduced power mode now and I have white smoke coming out the tail pipe that smells like gas I had fuel injectors recently replaced and all o2 sensors as well....car has 246k miles on it idk what else the issue could be

Were the sensors and injectors tested before replacement to see if they were actually bad? Were OEM replacement parts installed? Any obvious problems in live data?
