2008 cobalt 2.2l p0 303 cylinder 3 missfire changed oil after using flush replaced coil spark plugs and injection tried using test light on negative side of injector while hooked to the battery but got no flash on cylinder 3 or 4

Check for continuity between injector terminals. What kind of flush are you talking about?Why the test light from the neg. injector terminal to the battery? Which battery terminal. I can't tell from your lack of punctuation whether you replaced the injectors or not. Did you replace the spark plugs and the coil packs?
