I recently bought a 2008 Honda Accord coupe V6 with a 6 speed manual transmission for $1500. It has 230,000 miles, but So far the car runs like a clock, starts every time and doesn't have any issues. What are some things to look out for?

At that age and mileage, everything is suspect.
Check the belts, hoses, filters, spark plugs, brakes, fluids.....go over everything and replace as needed.
