Hey Scotty,
I recently bought a 2008 Honda Accord with 111K miles in good condition
Engine and transmission are smooth but there is one issue which i couldn't figure out, when accelerating from a full stop there is a harsh noise and which causes the plastic to rattle, I don't think its the engine mounts as when standing still the vehicle has no vibrations at all, only when engine reaches 2K-3K RPM could this be exhaust related?

Has a visual inspection of the mounts confirmed this finding? Also they could still be damaged even if your vehicle has no vibrations at all at idle.
only when engine reaches 2K-3K RPM
Check your fuel delivery. Are you getting spark? Fuel injectors firing properly? Fuel filter clogged?

Go on Youtube and watch Scotty's video. Do a search for Finding the Source of Car Noises. Scotty. In that video, he shows you. how to pinpoint noises in your car.
I will check it thanks !
while you mentioned fuel delivery i noticed that Short-term fuel trim is fluctuating between -0.8% to -4.8% while the long term fuel trim is around -4%
