Scotty I have a 2008 Honda accord V6 manual with 246,000 miles, the engine has been clicking and clacking only when it warms up and is synced with throttle. Problem started around 200,000 miles. I have done a valve adjustment to spec and have re-torqued the rocker shaft bridge. I removed the accesorie belt and noise to make sure it wasn't a pulley. I have run out of idea what it could be.
