when i first start my honda it dies 3 or 4 times. after that happens i get it running and it does not die any more times. what could this be. annoying
We would need more detail to try and narrow down the problem you are having but if I was to take a shot in the dark I would say VERY old spark plugs. Without knowing the vehicle mileage and other details of your particular situation it's hard to narrow it down.

thanks engine has approx 50,000 after engine dying about three times, it runs fine. i will try the spark plugs. any other ideas or what other info would be of help
I own a 2008 Fit...I had to change out the coil packs (did all four) and get my valves adjusted. I did change the spark plugs when I changed the coils out.....Runs like a top....
