I recently replaced my front driver side CV Axle, after a week i now hear grinding noise/sound when the vehicle is driving from the same front driver side wheel. what could be the possible reason?
What was the reason for the replacement?
Excessive wear/damage

Presuming the CV joint was changed with a non-defective part, I would look at the wheel bearing.
