Hello everyone, hope yall are having a good day
My issue is only the top instrumental panel works like the hazard lights and odometer setting buttons but the bottom half (the climate control knobs) stopped working after I had some offerup person install an amp for me which requires removing the instrumental panel. I checked the fuses and they look good, non blown. Should I replace the whole panel or is it a wire he might've damaged?

It's already shorted out the circuit board but do check for wiring damage where he work ed
