2008 Nissan Altima 3.5SL V6
Hey Mr.Kilmer so I’ve bought a car from a private owned dealership and I’m really heartbroken because I’ve had my local mechanic change the oil pan plus a new valve cover gasket and it’s still got more to be done. I noticed my steering wheel was hard to turn so he put some power steering fluid in it and the next two days it was gone again. I’m in college so I needed a good cheap reliable car so that’s why I bought it but the dealership didn’t tell me all these problems was with it. I honestly have interest in fixing it myself because I have paid a lot of money to mechanics. May you help me please or tell me by best solution because my money is running low due to this car.

I don't know where you got the idea that people will list all the problems with a car they're selling voluntarily.
As the buyer, it's your responsibility to make sure goods that you buy are up to your standards.
If you don't know what to look for, have a car inspected by a mechanic BEFORE you buy it. Scotty explains this constantly in his videos.
Do you still have a loan on the car? If yes, you can refinance it.
