Swishing sound 5th gen 4runner

Hey Scotty I got a 2015 4Runner with 133,000 miles on it. When coming from a stop, accelerating past 2nd gear I get kind of a high pitched “swishing” sound up front past the dash. It only happens when accelerating fast enough, and also accelerating while going uphill or around corners. I’ve inspected the belt and it seems fine, zero noises on startup, it idles just fine. It also only seems to be between second and third gear, which i’m hoping isn’t the transmission. If you have any clue please let me know, I know it’s kind of hard to describe car sounds. I’ve been through some research but I haven’t found anything. Thanks!

Plugged AC drain hose. Water builds up in the evaporator core and there's a drain for it. If you have a water leak, you have bigger problems.
