Should I buy this pickup

Hello Scotty! I'm looking at purchasing a 2017  Toyota Tacoma TRD sport 4x4. It has the V6 engine and 6-speed automatic transmission with 56,000 MI. It is in immaculate condition has had one owner and is being sold by a dealership called affordable used cars here in Alaska. I would like your advice on if this is a good year of Tacoma to purchase, I'm hoping it will be a reliable long lasting vehicle. What sort of things should I be looking for before I purchased the truck?

How much are they selling it for? Is it really "affordable"? Is there any rust on the truck?

33,000 is what the dealer is selling it for and they said they paid 30,000 for it.

33,000 is what the dealer is asking. And I didn't see any rust. I will look more closely on Friday when I look at the truck again. That's when I'm scheduled to pick it up.

Also I'm a little bit concerned about the fact that 2016 and 17 had some pretty severe issues. From research I've done the rear differential can leak, you can have a coolant leak at the back of the engine which is a very involved process of taking off the body to fix the problem, the transmission had issues shifting at the wrong time, not sure so much about the engine having problems. Do you know if the V6 for model year 17 had problems? If all these things are true does this mean the 2017 is a truck I should stay away from? Or are these just issues that happen with a lot of miles?

A 2024 Tacoma MSRP starts at $31,500. Why not just buy a brand new one at that price point? No point in paying the same amount for a used truck when you can get one with a factory warranty for the same price.
