What are your thoughts on this 2004 LeSabre? Asking $5926. 1 owner, 75K miles, undercarriage is in extremely good condition. Wondering if it’s worth a 4 hour car ride to test drive?

I would try to get the price down and then it might be an OK choice. But definitely not without having an independent mechanic look it over.
Unfortunately the Carfax report does not provide any maintenance history, only yearly car registration updates. Personally I would never even consider purchasing a used vehicle if there was no documentation of proper (every 5K miles or yearly) engine oil and filter changes, plus other maintenance items.
I would rather if people did their own maintenance at home, rather than if it was documented by some quick lube joint.
Nearly six thousand dollars for a 20-year-old Buick? It might be worth half that. On the trade-in the stealership probably told the owner "we'll give you $500 for that old thing just to help you get rid of it."
