I just replaced the fuel pump after checking to see if the fuse was bad which it wasn't. It still wont start.

Did you check the fuel pump relay? If not I would go into the fuse box under the hood of the vehicle and look for the fuel pump relay. It’s square and either black or grey.
Normally they will use another identical relay for something else, just swap them and see if you can get it to start.

This vehicle does not have an fuel relay to take out. That was the first thing i checked. So far its looking my immobilizer system has kicked in.
