2008 Toyota Camary hesitation on acceleration

Hey Scotty, I have a  2008 Toyota Camary LE auto 185k DOHC 16 valve 2.4liter VVT-I 4cy

My car hesitates or performs poorly on acceleration almost if it is going to stall. All new plugs and coils. It has a return code after being erased of P102 Mass Airflow, circuit is low.  I had cleaned the first one, replaced it, and a tech replaced that one with the same returning code. We have checked everything up to the throttle body, it looks tight and no leaks. The air filter is perfect. I have run a plenum cleaner through it, seafoam and my tech has even ran a fogger through it.

I was told that it could be the cat, I was thinking the throttle body/throttle positioner. others have told.me they think it is a computer harness issue. I had also read online that there may be an critical update at the dealer. What is your thoughts? How do I start?

Try a new PCV valve.  Don't use Seafoam on a car engine, it's designed for outboard motors.  If you put in a new MAF sensor, check for air leaks from a poor installation.  Also, EGR vacuum delay switch.
