I have a 1984 corvette. My horn, radio, and cigarette lighter have no power. I Looked at the fuse box on the passenger side and saw this 25 fuse had blown, and it was in the 15a section upper left. When I go to replace it with a new 15 fuse it sparks and kills the new fuse.
It’s also an automatic

Find the short circuit. Usually, the cigarette lighter.

unplug each of these one by one to see which one has the short.
Use a test light so you don't have to keep putting in new fuses.
