I ran a OBD live data scan on a 2008 Toyota Camry 4cyl and the "Control Module Voltage" hovered around 12.95 - 13.3 volts. Is this any sign that the battery or alternator is bad?

That doesn't sound terrible. Voltage of new alternators might be a little better but I don't think I would lose sleep over it. Listen to the alternator though. Make sure there's no electric power drill like sound from it. That's one of the things a bad alternator can do if it has a voltage issue. Alternators often have a single red cable bolt to the rear side of the alternator and multi wire plug that clicks into the side with a plastic lock tab. That's in addition to whatever bolts mount it to the engine.
