[Solved] Headlights aimed too low

Hello I have a 2008 lexus es 350 164k miles the headlights are essentially aimed at the ground. It is essentially impossible to see with them while going at speed, I was looking for a guide to adjust them. Failing that a place to have them adjusted it seems to just need a screw driver, but since there HID I heard the cutoff is aggressive and I don't want to blind anyone. Help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

@mystic192 Use a nearby store's nice flat parking lot. It makes it much easier

@itwt I don't belive mine has the AFS feature but I will check for that button.
