Topic starter

2010 Mitsubishi Lancer 5dr Sportback Man GTS

2.4L DOHC MIVEC I4 engine  (Non Turbo)

VIN: JA32X8HW5AU005828

TRANS AXEL:  F10JA   CVT

*New Tensioner Installed INCLUDING New idler Pulleys (w/new belt)
This engine with accessories has 2 - idler pulleys

I could not find a reliable source for the pulley torque  (information referenced is variable)
Or The tensioner to block mount torque

I have them snug with standard 3/8 rocker ratchet and socket PLUS a 1/4 ~ 1/2 turn

If a manufacturer bench spec source is not available, can you provide an opinion?

I own 3 torque wrenches and can use them.

PS Tensioner pulley I do not believe you have to be as concerned because of the tensioner retraction tool should be the right or enough amount?

I get a lot of my answers to questions from emanualonline.com. it's only like 30 dollars for a complete shop manual and you run it on a PC. Not sure if it runs on Mac or not but it uses Oracle virtual machine
