Hey scotty, I have a 07 impala police package with 190,000 miles on it. Recently my headlights won’t turn off after the car is off. There was a point when they were on over two hours. If I would tap the fuse box under the hood they would turn off but that trick doesn’t work anymore. I checked all the fuses and even pulled them out but the light still were on so I just unplugged my battery then soon as I plug it back up the lights come right back on. I was told my headlight relay is built inside the fuse box so I would have to replace the whole unit but I can’t seem to find if the police cars use a different fuse box than the civilians.
The Police Package Fuse Box is different.
THe Low Beam relay is a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) relay.
(it's soldered onto the printed circuit board)
In the meantime, Instead of disconnecting the battery,
you may find it easier just to pull out the Left low beam fuse AND the Right low beam fuse when you don't want your low beams turned on.

@jack62 do you know where I can get a new fuse box? I looked online & can’t seem to find

You'll probably have to go with a used one.
