I'm considering an older model Toyota Avalon Limited, Lexus ES350 or Toyota Venza (2010 - 2015 model years). Looking for fairly low mileage at a good price. Can you advise which would be the best choice? Would the Lexus be more expensive to maintain in the long run? Thanks.

Yes. They're built on the same platforms, Lexus is just a fancy, upscale Toyota.
Lexus is a badge-engineered Toyota. If you're not made of money, I'd get the Toyota. In general, Lexus is as reliable as Toyota, but that comes with increased prices for just about everything.
Same difference. One is just fancier than the other. What matters most IMHO, is the drivetrain technology, and they are essentially the same car built on the same platform.
