Have 2017 Nissan Titan changed battery and fuel mileage dropped 1.5 miles per gallon. Nobody has heard of that, Vehicle has 28000 miles and all of the miles are in city stop and go traffic. Will running a injector cleaner in it an driving it on the highway for about a hundred possibly straighten this problem out, If so what cleaner would you recommend then just to be safe if I can not find the first choice what is your second pick.

In general Techron or other PEA-based cleaner. Scotty also recommends the ATS Carbon Clean fuel system cleaner.

You'd want the car to maintain high RPMs to really work. Cruising on the highway going normal engine speeds won't do much. Any PEA based cleaner should work. See @chucktobias ' recommendation.
