If you remove the catalytic converters of course you're going to see codes P0420 and P0430.

There are many things that can cause lack of power. Have you checked live data for problems?
Also, how old are your air and fuel filters, spark plugs? Is fuel pressure OK?
Sorry the codes poped up way before i removed the cats my main question is why dont my rpms move at all anymore??? What can it be
As I said it can be many things. You need to do more troubleshooting. I suggested a few things and there are also troubleshooting tips in the FAQ.
Check basic stuff ... air filter, spark plugs, throttle body, fuel pressure.
