I have Ford F-350 5.4l dump truck when the engine heats up or is carrying a heavy load the engine shakes sounds like a diesel ford told me it the timing belt tensioner and even if repaired it could happen again any additive that I could use to remedy the problem ?

Well I know these guys now Albuquerque they are called ATS. They make an oil cleaner that can sometimes help those tensioners
