2009 highlander heat not working correctly

I’ve got a 2009 highlander with 81k. Somehow the heat randomly decided not to blow last night in the front driver and passenger zone. The heat blew perfectly fine in the rear zone. I checked the coolant and it was full. I looked online and saw an issue like this could be either a thermostat, blower motor/blower motor resistor, and even a heater core issue. If anyone can help me out diagnose the issue I would appreciate it.

Well so many things can go wrong but it is a Toyota generally Caesar the blower motor or the resistor goes bad if it doesn't blow it all usually it's the motor on those

Thank you so much Scotty. I really appreciate it, you rock and you are the best. I’m a fan of yours and have watched your content. Quick update but it turns out the rear heat isn’t blowing as well along with the driver and passenger zone.
